Small Business Assessments

The Sponsors of Mass Save offer no-cost in-person energy assessments for small businesses using less than 1.5 million kWh in annual electric usage or less than 40,000 therms annually on natural gas bills.

Our energy specialists will visit the location to help businesses identify opportunities that can:

• Save money on overhead costs
• Increase profit margins
• Boost the comfort of your customers and employees

Recommended upgrades may include air sealing & weatherization, HVAC system upgrades, lighting system upgrades and more, paid for up to 70 percent by your Sponsor.

How to Participate

1. Contact your Sponsor to schedule a no-cost energy assessment. If you are interested in learning more about electrification opportunities, schedule a Heat Pump Consultation.
2. A qualified energy specialist will conduct an in-person assessment of your building, identifying potential energy-saving measures.
3. Your business will receive a customized Energy Savings Proposal detailing energy efficiency recommendations.
4. Recommended energy efficiency measures will be installed by our qualified vendor.

The following is a list of potential energy-saving measures and opportunities that may be identified during an assessment. The energy specialist will also inform you of incentives available to your business by the Sponsors on these measures.
